SINGAPORE – JUNE 27, 2026 – Ogilvy was named Asia Network of the Year at the 2026 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, claiming the region's top honour for the third year running. The achievement caps a standout week for Ogilvy APAC and contributed to Ogilvy being named Network of the Year overall — the festival's most prestigious title — recognising the network's creative impact for clients around the world.
Across the festival, Ogilvy APAC earned a total of 23 Lions — 3 Gold, 9 Silver and 11 Bronze — alongside 36 shortlists, with winning work spanning markets including Singapore, Shanghai, Mumbai, Taipei and Bangkok, and categories from Social & Creator and PR to Pharma, Health & Wellness, Entertainment Lions for Sport and Creative Effectiveness.
The region's Gold Lions were led by "Vaseline Originals" for Unilever by Ogilvy Singapore, which won Gold in Social & Creator — backed by two Silvers in PR, a Silver in Creative B2B and Bronzes in Direct and Creative Commerce — for a campaign that tracked down the original creators behind Vaseline's most-loved online "hacks" and turned their ideas into official products, giving creators credit and a stake in their success. The campaign built on the runaway success of "Vaseline Verified," the Ogilvy Singapore work that made history as Southeast Asia's first Titanium Lion winner in 2025 and added six more Lions this year across Creative Effectiveness, Creative Business Transformation, Creative Strategy and Brand Experience & Activation.
Ogilvy APAC's other Gold Lions came from "Art's Missing Period" for Kotex (Kimberly-Clark), by Ogilvy Singapore in collaboration with DAVID, recognised in Health & Wellness, and "Blue Brands" by Ogilvy Shanghai, awarded in Pharma.
Further wins across the week included "The Switch Hit by Mikkeller" (Ogilvy Taipei) in Entertainment Lions for Sport, "Unfading Love" for Thai Life Insurance (Ogilvy Bangkok), "Love Hurts" for Vaseline (Ogilvy Singapore), "Indianis Dentris" for Colgate by Brand David Communications & Ogilvy Mumbai, "Renu vs The City" for St. Jude India ChildCare Centres (Ogilvy Mumbai) and "Fertilizer 2.5" for the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (Grey Thailand) — a result powered by The Ogilvy Group's teams across the region.
