Not Having it Your Way at Burger King is an emergency. And some customers have taken to calling 911 in hopes of remedying the situation. In a new radio campaign, the brand is using those actual 911 calls to invite customers to share their feedback to an audience that is genuinely interested in hearing it: Burger King itself. The campaign redirects customers to the Burger King Customer Experience Survey where they can provide feedback and earn a free Whopper in the process. Way better than calling the police, right?
