Australia's highly decorated wheelchair rugby team, the Australian Steelers, has launched a groundbreaking campaign to secure a long-term corporate partner. Despite their significant international success, including multiple Paralympic medals and a #2 world ranking, the team faces challenges in Australia's competitive sponsorship landscape, entering a major competition without a team sponsor. We created a sponsorless kit, with the players wearing minimalist all-white uniforms featuring QR codes where sponsor logos would normally be. Scanning these codes leads to a digital marketplace offering brands various sponsorship opportunities with the team.
