Covid lockdowns made billboards just about obsolete, and the money put behind them by brands a big waste. DAVID Buenos Aires saw the opportunity to give these sadly un looked upon billboards new life, through the same way everything during lockdown was coming to life—video calls. The brand used social media to share photos of Burger King billboards all around the world, and urged people to use the photos as their video call backgrounds. If they did and shared the image online, they could get a free Whopper.
