A child with cancer deserves to be seen like any other child. Those who lose their hair due to treatment can feel an extra sense of otherness and loneliness. To change the stigma around hair loss, Brazilian organization GRAAC worked with animators around the world to create comics and episodes featuring some of the most famous cartoon characters, but with a new look—like the children who'd lost their hair battling cancer, the characters were also bald.
