(Re)discover Germany Deutsche Bahn

The Corona summer of 2020. Worldwide travel alerts. Shattered vacation dreams. How can rail travel in Germany be positioned as an alternative to trips to distant destinations? And how can we ensure that the flow of tourists doesn't just end up concentrating on vacation hotspots? We demonstrated that the whole world can be discovered in Germany, despite Corona. In addition to an extensive social media campaign, the website provided endless inspiration. The images were always tailored to the individual user’s travel interests. If they wanted to go to Asia, they could go to the Sächsische Schweiz (Saxon Switzerland) or the Kaiserstuhl. If they preferred to head to the Philippines, they would end up in Bavaria. Deutsche Bahn was more popular than ever this summer. Interest in using it reached an all-time high of 62%.
