The first house built by data. Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall

← Our Work Info

Overview

Generation Z considers housing to be a topic for the future, but saving for a home loan is not very important to them right now. Schwäbisch Hall wants to change that. We asked teenagers: how do you see yourself living in the future? Instagram became a data mining tool. With the help of influencers, we used the poll feature to generate insights from teenagers on the topic of living in the future. Architects, interior designers and energy experts used the data to develop a 3D concept study and build a house. The house then went on tour across Germany. The result: +70,000 new building society savings contracts for Gen Z.
