Kolinksi Altona is a fictional supermarket featured in a PRIME VIDEO streaming mockumentary called DIE DISCOUNTER. The task was to hype up the launch of Season 2.
We came up with the idea of running a recruiting campaign for Kolinski that involved the young target audience in their favorite series. The call to action: Your career at Kolinski. The career opportunity was a guest appearance in season 3.
We issued cross-media invitations for a job interview on TikTok. Candidates could answer interview questions from the store managers in absurd duets. So not only were thousands of dialogues shared but it also heightened anticipation for Season 2 and led to a surge in viewers on release day. Not surprisingly, DIE DISCOUNTER shot to the top of the German streaming charts.
