Since the outbreak of the Corona pandemic and the sudden rise of video conferencing in the workplace, everyone is familiar with Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. The German provider Alfaview, on the other hand, still needs to build its brand awareness. Our task was to establish Alfaview as a powerful, GDPR-compliant video conferencing system made in Germany. We worked with them to develop a communication strategy and to fine-tune the messages and topics for a professional approach to the press. In addition, we prepared the spokespeople for the press by identifying potential pitfalls, helping with wording, and providing techniques for delivering their own messages successfully at all times.
