Launched in 2009, the Fellowship Program is Ogilvy's annual recruitment initiative dedicated to young talent. The program is targeted towards high-potential university graduates and young talent within two years of graduation and allows them to rotate across different departments of the company for 1 year, gathering first-hand experience by working with our creatives, planners, account managers, designers and strategists.

Our Founder David Ogilvy said: “Encourage innovation. Change is our lifeblood, stagnation our death knell.” We are looking for the next generation of leaders, creative minds and innovators to continue uphold this spirit and push creative boundaries to new levels.
