Angela ‎Chou

Managing Director, Ogilvy South China

Since 2017, Angela Chou serves as Managing Director of Ogilvy Shenzhen, where she is responsible for creating brand agendas that help Chinese companies realize their global ambitions.

Angela first joined Ogilvy in 1998 as an Account Executive for OgilvyOne in Taipei where she gained thorough experience in global marketing management, leading localization campaigns for various telecommunications and IT clients.

In 2007, she relocated to Shanghai to join Ogilvy Interactive where she helped brands refine their eCommerce operations by developing digital solutions focused on lead generation and conversion.

In 2013, Angela joined WPP Team Huawei, responsible for the brand’s strategic marketing and pan-network business. In this role, she also assists Huawei in pursuing its brand globalization agenda while ensuring that the Huawei brand essence is infused across each business unit’s daily marketing activities. 

Angela has participated in a number of campaigns that earned top honors at domestic and international award shows including Cannes Lions, Effie and One Show.

Wei Fei

Group Executive Creative Director, Ogilvy Shanghai

Fei Wei is Group Executive Creative Director for Ogilvy Shanghai, overseeing creative development for a roster of local and international clients, a role he has held since 2018.

An advertising veteran with over 20 years of experience, Fei Wei first joined Ogilvy in 2011,
leading the creative output for the Shanghai office’s digital business as Head of Digital; he rejoined the Ogilvy network in 2018. Fei Wei has an exceptional track record in developing influential marketing campaigns for brands in the automobile, FMCG, consumer electronics and travel industries.

He is a firm believer in leveraging the
combined power of creativity and technology to create work that best resonates with today’s increasingly sophisticated consumers and delivers business results for clients.

Remington Ji

Chief Delivery Officer, Ogilvy North Asia

Remington is currently the Chief Delivery Officer of Ogilvy North Asia, responsible for the integration of Ogilvy's Asia Pacific operations, production, project management, technology and investments. He is a seasoned and highly networked marketer, technologist, investor and entrepreneur.

Prior to joining Ogilvy, Remington served as the founding partner of JUUL China, board member and Chief Strategy Officer of
Xiaoheng Dumplings, and Head of Portfolio Management of ZhenFund.

He holds a Global EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada.

Jack ‎Yin

President, Ogilvy One, China

Jack is President of Ogilvy One in China. In this role, he is responsible for growing the firm’s capabilities across customer engagement, commerce, marketing technology, data, CRM and loyalty and digital innovation into a cohesive, end-to-end experience offering. 

Joining from Sapient where he served as Managing Director China, Jack has collaborated with prominent international and local brands to deliver personalized experiences on a large scale across high-tech, automotive, travel, and CPG sectors. Prior to this, Jack held several leadership positions at PWC, Dell, Alcatel-Lucent, Accenture, and Deloitte. 

He holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business and a dual degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in telecommunications engineering and industrial management. Jack possesses over 25 years of diverse experience in digital technology, user experience design, and integrated digital operations.  

As a passionate believer of the impact in curating transformative brand experience, Jack is committed to facilitating clients' growth and fostering future collaborations through harnessing the power of creativity, brand expertise, and a deep understanding of customer experience (CX).

Amon Jiang

Chief Financial Officer, Ogilvy China

Amon Jiang is Chief Financial Officer of Ogilvy China.  He is responsible for leading finance functions across all offices in the region. 

Prior to that, he held various senior financial roles in leading communication agencies. He has over 16 years of professional experience in financial planning, budgeting, analysis as well as M&A, and 6 years in audit and business consultancy.

Amon holds an MBA from IAE Paris (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne). His accreditation includes Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA - ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Singapore, and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the U.S. Amon is also an active member of the Chartered Accountants Worldwide Network.

In his current role as Chief Financial Officer of Ogilvy China, Amon is committed to develop and execute growth strategy,and provide critical financial and commercial insights to support decision-making on financial performance improvement and business transformation.

Dahai Liu

Managing Director, Ogilvy Qingdao

Dahai Liu is the Managing Director of Ogilvy Qingdao, a role where he is responsible for brand strategy, advertising, and digital transformation. 

Dahai first joined Ogilvy in 2011 to build and oversee the operations of the Qingdao office. He leverages his extensive experience in brand management and product marketing to provide clients with effective brand strategy and marketing solutions. He has a deep understanding of the Chinese market, and has successfully helped top international and domestic brands in the consumer electronics, home appliances, smart travel, and fast-food categories with their branding and marketing transformation needs.

Dahai is deeply committed to promoting Ogilvy Qingdao’s digital transformation based on brand advantage, assisting customers in solving business problems and maintaining numerous long-term client relationships.

Dahai attaches great importance to promoting Ogilvy’s culture in the Qingdao office, and a firm believer in Ogilvy's "respect to the people, knowledge, and creativity“ to provide excellent service to clients. Under his leadership, the Qingdao office was recognized with multiple Effie Awards in China and regularly earned the 'Best Partner' and 'Best Brand Contribution' accolades from clients.

Sandy Ng

President, Ogilvy Consulting, China

Sandy Ng is the President of Ogilvy's Consulting business in China, a role where she oversees the agency’s digital transformation and business innovation offerings to empower brands in today’s fragmented economy.

Sandy first joined Ogilvy Hong Kong in 1994 and has been with the company ever since, holding several management positions in across the Greater China network. With over 25 years of experience in the advertising industry, Sandy has an extensive track record of leading brand planning projects for brands across the FMCG, consumer electronics, automobile, pharmaceuticals and real estate sectors.  

In her current capacity of President for Ogilvy China's Consulting business, Sandy helps a wide spectrum of MNCs and local brands with their digital transformation strategy needs, leveraging emerging technologies to create data-driven digital experiences and business innovation roadmaps.

Julia Hou ‏‏‎ ‎

Group Executive Creative Director, Ogilvy Beijing & South China

A creative veteran and globetrotter, Julia Hou currently serves as Ogilvy’s Group Executive Creative Director, with a remit covering Ogilvy Beijing and South China.

Prior to this role, Julia worked at vivo, where she led global creative and brand content development for the last four years. Before joining vivo, Julia was Executive Creative Director at Publicis Advertising Shanghai, overseeing work on clients such as Heineken, OPPO, Johnny Walker and Pepsi.

She also had a 3-year stint at Ogilvy Beijing between 2016 and 2018.

Julia started her career in the US at TBWA\Media Arts Lab (the bespoke global agency for Apple), as well as Nike, where she was actively involved in the production of high-profile projects for the brand, including their London 2012 Olympics campaign.
 
Her work has been recognized at the Adobe Design Achievement Awards, GDUSA American Graphic Design Awards, and Effie Awards. An alumnus of ArtCenter College of Design, Julia has a strong multicultural background that enriches her creative vision and approach, having consecutively lived in Taiwan, New Zealand, the US, Hong Kong, before moving to Mainland China in 2016.

Chris Reitermann

Chief Executive Officer, Ogilvy APAC & Greater China

Chris is Chief Executive Officer for the Ogilvy Group in APAC and Greater China, with responsibilities for the strategic development and daily operations of the agency across 17 markets. He is a member of Ogilvy’s Worldwide Executive Leadership Board.

In 2024, he took on the additional responsibility of leading WPP’s business in China as Country President, overseeing all agencies and 6,000 staff in this market.

In 2023, under Chris’s leadership, Ogilvy was named Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Greater China Creative, PR and Integrated Agency of the Year, and also won the prestigious Network of the Year recognition in APAC across the Creative and PR categories for the third consecutive year. Ogilvy has also won Network Agency of the Year at the APAC Effies for the last 5 consecutive years.

In 2017, he was named Asia Pacific Agency Head of the Year. Ogilvy was the first agency in China to win a Grand Prix in Cannes and has been consistently one of the most awarded agencies in Asia Pacific.

Over the last two decades, Chris has held several senior management positions in various offices within the Ogilvy Group, running local offices, regional and worldwide clients and regional units such as Ogilvy & Mather Advertising. Chris has been on the board of several public listed companies and enjoys teaching.

T.B. Song‎

Senior Advisor, Ogilvy Greater China

T.B. Song is an advertising expert with more than 50 years of experience working in the communication sector, including over 40 years serving Ogilvy.

He started his foray into the world of advertising in the 1970s in Taiwan. In 1991, he was appointed Chairman of Ogilvy China. Starting from Shanghai, he expanded Ogilvy’s market share in the mainland. In 1994, he was appointed Chairman of Ogilvy Greater China, overseeing offices in the mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In 1998, he joined the worldwide board of Ogilvy.

In 2006, he co-founded China 4A (Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies of China) and is one of the organization’s lifelong advisors.

Stella Sun

Chief Talent Officer, Ogilvy China

Stella is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of talent development and management experience. As the Chief Talent Officer of Ogilvy China and Regional Director of Talent Acquisition and Mobility, Asia, she is responsible for the strategic development and daily operation of the Talent Function of the company, promoting the global mobility of Asia-based talents, while actively building and maintaining Ogilvy’s Employer Brand. With her in-depth knowledge of human resources, marketing and keen eye for talent have served Stella has successfully led the business and management transformation of Ogilvy over the years.

Stella joined Ogilvy back in 2003, as one of the first members of the Talent team in Beijing. Over the years, she drove the continuous optimization and development of the talent function,  devoting great enthusiasm and efforts to talent strategy, organizational development, talent acquisition and retention,  leadership development, and employer branding.

Stella took up the role of Chief Talent Officer, Ogilvy China in 2018. In this position, she closely works with China management team to ensure a consistent talent strategy across all China offices. She is committed to take the Talent function to the next level and caters to the changing needs of the business and people at Ogilvy China.  

Stella deeply believes in the strong vitality of corporate culture. She is a real “Ogilvy Ambassador” who spares no efforts to promote the core brand values of Ogilvy.  Under her leadership, Ogilvy’s Employer Brand has gained recognition in the industry, with Ogilvy China awardedBest Company to Work for in Asia” for several consecutive years.

Stella graduated from the China Foreign Affairs University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Politics (English), and completed her Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Peking University. She is also a national accredited Psychological Counselor (level-2)  and CPP accredited MBIT administrator.

Janet Tsai

Chief Communications Officer, Ogilvy APAC & China | Global Lead, Ogilvy China Brand Practice

Janet Tsai joined the Ogilvy Group in Taipei in 2001 and relocated to Shanghai in 2005. 

Janet has extensive experience in practicing the brand building & positioning, issue & crisis management, and integrated content planning & implementation. She has/had served clients from the sectors of real-estate landmark, technology, finance, auto, entertainment, fashion and luxury. 

Apart from her role in providing client service, Janet serves as Chief Communications Officer for Ogilvy APAC & China, responsible for promoting new offering and services, and showcasing the impact of borderless creativity to drive Ogilvy’s clients business growth. She is also the Global Lead of Ogilvy's China Brand Practice, a role in which she helps Chinese brands going global in the network develop impact-generating business strategies.

Wendy ‎Xue

Managing Director, Ogilvy Health, China

Wendy rejoined the Ogilvy Group in 2007 and is now overseeing Ogilvy China’s healthcare practice.

As a veteran in the healthcare communications industry,  Wendy has hybrid experience spanning both HCP and consumer targets as well as all channels of execution, including brand building, PR and activation.  She has led numerous integrated campaigns covering a wide variety of different healthcare disciplines, such as cardiovascular, diabetes, GI, oncology, hepatitis, infection diseases, dermatology, respiratory, nutrition, medical devices, HIV, depression and gynecology.

Wendy graduated from the Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University and has over the past 20+ years helped both international and local healthcare brands with their communications effort in China.

Yong Yuan

President, Ogilvy Advertising, China | President, Ogilvy Shanghai

Yong Yuan joined Ogilvy in 2011 and is currently the President of Ogilvy Shanghai, heading the office’s daily operations. In May 2022, he was named President of Ogilvy Advertising in China, working with leaders across offices to lead the transformation and growth of Ogilvy's largest business.

A seasoned advertising veteran with over 20 years of overseas and mainland China experience, Yong is a firm believer of the combined power of creativity and effectiveness. He is an active proponent of digital transformation and continuous innovation to help clients drive growth and elevate their brands.

Under his leadership, Ogilvy Shanghai has produced numerous award-winning campaigns, earning top honors at international awards shows such as the Effie, One Show, Clio and Sabre Awards. Yong also puts a strong emphasis on cultivating talent to plan and execute global marketing campaigns for multinational and Chinese brands, demonstrating Ogilvy Shanghai’s ability to make brands matter through global work originating from China.

Born and raised in Shanghai, Yong is a Harvard Business School MBA graduate. Joe Yu

President, Ogilvy Public Relations, China

Joe Yu has served as Group Managing Director, Ogilvy Beijing since 2018, and President, Public Relations, China since 2019. In this role, he is responsible for key client counsel, issue/crisis counseling, communications/crisis training and the growth of Ogilvy’s Public Relations business.

Joe first joined Ogilvy in 1999 in Taipei as General Manager at Era Ogilvy Public Relations. He relocated to mainland China in 2008 as Managing Director of H-Line Ogilvy before taking his current role in 2018. With over 20 years of experience in tech marketing, public relations and business operations Joe specializes in developing staff, enhancing operations, and driving strategy and execution for some of the world’s leading technology, infrastructure, finance, retail, and healthcare brands.

A certified executive coach with the International Coach Federation, Joe is an accomplished facilitator, helping domestic and international clients design and implement crisis management systems, risk assessment and alert mechanisms, stakeholder mapping, crisis response protocols, and reputation recovery plans. 

Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the National Cheng Chi University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Yuan Ze University.

Thomas Zhu

Thomas is Group Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy Shanghai. In this role, he is responsible for Ogilvy Shanghai’s creative work, which includes leading creative teams to provide innovative, growth-generating solutions to clients and effectively assert their influence on local and global markets. 

An advertising veteran with over 25 years of creative experience, Thomas joined Ogilvy Shanghai in 2011, helping brands from a wide range of industries including FMCG, automobile, fashion, sports, home appliances, internet and technology.

Passionate about copywriting, Thomas had a dedicated column in a local fashion magazine for a year. His work has landed many international and regional awards including D&AD, One Show, Cannes Lions, Clio, AdFest. Thomas was invited to judge several creative awards competitions, including the China 4A Golden Seal Awards, One Show Greater China and Effie Greater China.
