Overview

Summer in Kuwait isn’t merely hot—it’s where some of the hottest temperatures ever recorded occur. How did we get people to root for it to get even hotter? Burger King decided to offer a much-needed respite to the heat, and at a discounted price. We built an algorithm that took real-time temperature readings and adjusted the price of Burger King’s cold items accordingly—when the temperature went up, prices went down.
