There are undoubtedly many ethical quandaries yet to be explored as we move deeper in the use of AI across every type of human activity. But this should not deter us from exploring innovative ways to use these new tools to reduce reputation risk and protect ourselves against the inevitable vulnerabilities created by human decision-making.
