Jeff Bezos, the founder and CEO of Amazon, once said, “I think frugality drives innovation, just like other constraints do. One of the only ways to get out of a tight box is to invent your way out.”
Amazon has managed to outpace retail, as well as tech companies such as Google, in no more than 23 years. The Company continuously brings new market-leading products and services to its customers; from Echo, to Kindle, to its card-less supermarkets – releasing one thing after the other.
So how do they do it?
