Buick Excelle 'Honest' Test Drive Buick

In a bid to comply with stricter emissions norms, Buick relaunched its ExcelleGT with 3 cylinders in 2018. The switch from a 4-cylinder to a 3-cylinder model received a lot of backlash from Chinese consumers, resulting in a major sales drop for the car manufacturer. To switch car buyers’ perceptions on the performance of the 3-cylinder engine, we created a fun social experiment, inviting critics to review the new ExcelleGT.
