For generations, Spanish pharmacies have had the tradition of wrapping the products they sell in paper. Today, that tradition continues, but more as a habit than as a useful practice. A tradition that, with every year, and with every box of medication whose wrapper ends up in the trash causes thousands of tons of paper waste. When the pandemic broke out, Spanish pharmacy CINFA knew they needed to create a communication that could help them address both concerns. Thus, we created Handwashing Wrapping Paper. A new product that contributes to the well-being of people (reinforcing the importance of hand-washing) and of the planet (through reuse and recycling), and that displays a message of support to pharmacies.
