DÜSSELDORF, September 7, 2011 — Thomas Schwarz has joined Ogilvy & Mather Advertising Düsseldorf as the agency’s overall Executive Creative Director. In this newly created role, Schwarz will assume responsibility for the agency’s creative teams which serve roughly 30 diverse brands. His primary task, alongside Managing Director Ulrich Tillmanns, is to promote the digital integration of the agency and strengthen the agency’s creative profile.
Thomas, who recently worked for Jung von Matt in both Vienna and Berlin, has held additional posts with BMZ!FCA, Rempen & Partner, DDB (Düsseldorf) and Rumblefish. His client portfolio includes: Toyota (Lexus), LTU, Canon, Microsoft, Uniroyal, Siemens, Volkswagen, Bayer, Lexmark, Henkel (Pattex, Loctite, Persil, Fa), Shiseido, S. Oliver, Nike, Der Spiegel, Premiere, Mercedes-Benz, Austrian Airlines, Saturn, Sparkasse, Nikon, Deutsche Post and DHL.
His creative credentials include more than 200 national and international awards, among them Cannes, ADC, D&AD and Eurobest.
