NEW YORK, NY, May 15, 2012 – Recognizing a growing need to help clients reinvent their brand communications across multi channels, Ogilvy & Mather North America announced today that it has hired Jonathan Sackett in a new role as Senior Partner/Managing Director of Content Strategy from DDB Chicago, where he was EVP/Managing Director and Chief Digital Officer.

At DDB, Jonathan played a major role in running the agency’s Chicago office and in working closely for such clients as McDonalds, Capital One and State Farm. Before that he spent 2 1/2 years at Martin as Chief digital Officer working closely on aligning the digital and social impact of the Geico Gecko campaign with its traditional elements. He also worked as Chief Digital Officer for Arnold and played a senior digital role at Draft FCB.
