NEW YORK, NY, March 7, 2011 – With a team of artists skilled in the evolving practice of visual note taking, Ogilvy & Mather will deliver regular illustrated reports of the important daily sessions at the SXSW Interactive http://sxsw.com/interactive conference at www.ogilvynotes.com
Seeking a way to learn and share from the hundreds of events that take place during the five day conference, Ogilvy recruited a team of graphic facilitators to cover SXSW Interactive and post insights through thought-pictures. Among those covering the event for Ogilvy are visual notes leaders Heather Willems and Nora Herting of ImageThink, supported by Ryan Robinson, Sunni Brown, Liisa Sorsa, as well as Stephanie von Dressler of Ogilvy’s Red Works.
“The ability to quickly grasp big ideas and translate the impact and value revealed by industry leaders is a huge benefit for those attending SXSW and those who are unable to be there,” explained Jordan Berkowitz. “Ogilvy Notes is designed to foster community, provide enduring value, and extend the conversations at SXSW beyond the stage.”
Ogilvy is also accepting visual notes from conference attendees at www.ogilvynotes.com or by tagging them #ogilvynotes on Twitter In addition, SXSW attendees can also wake up to daily print editions of Ogilvy Notes. On Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday limited edition prints will be made available at the Day Stage.
