NEW YORK, June 8, 2011 – Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide (Ogilvy PR), an integrated global communications firm, today announced that ZTE Corporation (“ZTE”) (H share stock code: 0763.HK / A share stock code: 000063.SZ), a publicly-listed global provider of telecommunications equipment and network solutions, has enlisted Ogilvy PR’s Technology Practice as its U.S. PR agency of record.

In the year to come Ogilvy PR will help the organization to expand its brand and market presence in the U.S. by working with ZTE USA, a subsidiary of the corporation that serves American-based carriers and customers.

The ZTE communications program will also benefit from the counsel of the agency’s recently launched Ogilvy China Practice, which is dedicated to helping Chinese multinational organizations expand their brands into new markets.
