Ogilvy & Mather Beijing Hosts Portfolio Night 7

World's Largest Portfolio Review Held in Mainland China for the First Time

BEIJING, June 12, 2009 – For the first time, Ogilvy & Mather has served as the global partner for ihaveanidea's Annual Portfolio Night review. Ogilvy & Mather China hosted the Beijing event, marking its debut in mainland China.

Sixteen of the city's most prestigious creatives from world-class agencies including Ogilvy & Mather, Saatchi & Saatchi, JWT and McCann Erickson among others (full list below), came together to meet face-to-face with more than 50 students and aspiring young creatives, offering them a unique opportunity to make contacts and gain advice on how to make their portfolios better.

The event featured a uniquely designed portfolio review process in a "speed-dating" setting that offered young creatives the opportunity to speak with three or more acclaimed creative directors over a 45-minute period.

As a global partner, Ogilvy hosted portfolio reviews in eight cities around the globe including Beijing, Singapore, Sao Paulo, Melbourne, Tunis, Beirut and Dubai. The New York event will be held on Tuesday, June 16.
