MADRID, 25 June 2009 – Legálitas, Spain’s leading company in direct legal assistance services, has awarded the tender for launching its new customer loyalty and direct marketing project to the Bassat Ogilvy Group agencies that specialise in these fields.
Legálitas opened the tender for Advertising Agencies with two clear objectives: to launch a revolutionary customer loyalty project and to increase Legálitas’ ability to acquire new customers, especially through online media.
Of the eight agencies invited to tender, three were finalists: Shackleton, Datacom and Ogilvy, with the latter company finally being awarded the contract.
According to Legálitas’ Managing Director Fernando Montenegro, the main reasons for this choice were “the knowledge that the Bassat Ogilvy Group has gained about our market, our brand and its needs, as well as OgilvyOne’s experience in customer loyalty programmes. Our company has strong growth objectives and we believe that we have selected the best company for the job."
According to Legálitas’ Deputy Managing Director Juan Pardo, “the Bassat Ogilvy Group was chosen because they understood Legàlitas’ philosophy, which is based on customer service; they also understood the needs of a product as specialised as Legal Consultancy."
