Enric Pujadas, New Director of El Sol Advertising Festival

Chairman of Bassat Ogilvy Group will manage one of the most important festivals of the sector

MADRID, JULY 21, 2010 - Enric Pujadas, chairman of Bassat Ogilvy Group, has been appointed as director of the Spanish and Latin American Festival of Advertising Communication El Sol. After holding its 25th edition, which has submitted 2.272 works from 17 countries, Pujadas will manage one of the most important events in the sector.

Enric PujadasEl Sol Festival is held every year in the Spanish city of San Sebastian and has established itself as a must for the trade, having space for all expressions of commercial communication and advertising. The first edition of this festival was in 1986. Since 2002 all Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries participate as until then it was limited to companies established in Spain.

Enric Pujadas is chairman of Bassat Ogilvy Group since 2005 managing the main accounts of the agency and providing them all his experience and 360º vision. Pujadas is a member of the Executive Committee of Ogilvy EAME (Europe, Africa and Middle East). Bachelor in Business Studies and Master in Business Administration from ESADE, Pujadas has been visiting professor at some universities as well as given seminars and lectures on Communication and Marketing. He collaborates with the Marketing Department of ESADE at the Communication area.
