Sixth U.S. IPO of a Chinese Company Ogilvy Financial/Beijing Advised on in 2010

[BEIJING: DECEMBER 21, 2010] Ogilvy Financial, a specialized financial communications, investor relations, transactional support and crisis management discipline under Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide/Beijing, was involved in the U.S. IPO of the largest privately owned film distributor in China, Bona Film Group Limited (“Bona”). On December 9, Bona listed on the NASDAQ in New York under the ticker symbol “BONA.”
