Worldwide Chief Creative Officer of Ogilvy & Mather, Tham Khai Meng, has been named Outstanding Chief/Senior Executive (Overseas) by the Singapore Business Awards (SBA). The SBA cited Khai's "creative excellence and leadership in the advertising and communications business, which has seen him build some of the world's biggest brands and agencies across four continents, and for being an outstanding role model for Singaporeans working overseas." He was one of four executives honored at the 2013 SBA ceremony on April 4th.

They are jointly organised by The Business Times, a business daily published by Singapore Press Holdings, and DHL, the global market leader of the international express and logistics industry.
