I am the Creative Chairman for Ogilvy Frankfurt, and I have been with Ogilvy since April 1, 1978, when I started as a junior copywriter.
Every day I am grateful that I work for an agency where the word "culture" still has a meaning and is a reality.
Only good people have really good ideas. That is why finding and nurturing talent is one of our most important tasks.
My favorite career highlight at Ogilvy was getting to experience David Ogilvy for one year of my working life. And, more than once, to have been asked to get him a chocolate pudding from the kitchen during the aperitifs.
