As Ogilvy & Mather’s worldwide Chief Talent Officer since March of 2015, my journey has just begun. From Ogilvy’s headquarters in New York, my team and I oversee talent management efforts globally.
Though new to the Ogilvy family, I already feel at home, having worked with similar iconic brands, including Neiman Marcus, CNN Worldwide and Turner Broadcasting. With its legendary culture, stellar clients and amazing talent, Ogilvy is both a logical evolution and a stimulating professional challenge.
During my 25-year career, I have overseen multiple functional areas, including people development, total rewards, talent acquisition, diversity and organizational effectiveness. But I have always found the greatest reward in helping individuals and teams achieve their fullest potential.
I’m honored to be part of Ogilvy’s leadership team – and excited at the opportunity to build the individual, team and organizational capabilities that will position the agency for continued growth and success.
Many of David Ogilvy’s writings inspire me, but this quote particularly will be a guiding principle in this new role: “I admire people with gentle manners who treat other people as human beings.”
