There's not one career highlight that comes to mind, but many and it's every time a team of clients and O&M people together solve a problem, create a great piece of work or deliver on a challenging goal.
My favourite David Ogilvy quote is "Encourage innovation. Change is our lifeblood, stagnation our death knell."
