I am the Chief Operations Officer for Ogilvy Latina, and I have been with Ogilvy since 2000.

The best thing about the Latina region is getting to work with passionate people and passionate clients. Latin Ogilvy-ans demonstrate passion, talent and courage to beat all odds.

We are in a business that is based on people, so finding, hiring and nurturing the right talent should be our first priority.

My favorite career highlight at Ogilvy was witnessing Ogilvy Latina's amazing turnaround between 2002 and 2003 following the worst financial crisis ever in Argentina.

My favorite David Ogilvy quote is: "If you always hire people who are smaller than you are, we shall become a company of dwarfs. If, on the other hand, you always hire people who are bigger then you are, we shall become a company of giants."
